Team management for haunts & seasonal events
The mothership for your seasonal team. Schedule the nights, scan your crew in, hire the next wave and celebrate the people who make it all work, in one place instead of six. Built by haunt operators who were done with spreadsheets.
The full suite
Everything it takes to recruit, run and reward a seasonal team. All of it is live today.
Drag your crew into positions and see which nights are staffed, tight or short at a glance.
Print QR ID badges, then check in with a Bluetooth scanner, a phone camera or one tap.
Hours come straight from check-ins. Approve them, fix the odd one, export for payroll.
Your own application page, auditions, team notes and one-tap hiring that remembers returning crew.
Departments, roles and who reports to whom, with contact and emergency info in one place.
Reach a department, a night’s crew or one person, in the app and by email. Crew can message each other too.
Collectible awards for seasons served and anything else you want to celebrate, earned automatically or given by hand.
Crew recognize each other for living your company values, in a feed the whole team sees.
Birthday and anniversary confetti, a thank-you for every season, and comp ticket requests built in.
Directors and team leaders run check-in, move people around and hire, right from the crew app.
Each role gets the access it needs, for its department or everyone, and you can give one person a little more.
Your logo and colors on every screen, plus your own landing pad at yourcompany.saucer.team.
Scheduling
Each night is outlined green, amber or red, so you know which ones need a rescue mission before you open them.
The crew app
Your crew opens it to see their shifts and their badge. Your leaders flip to Manage and run the night from the same phone.
Liftoff
Add your events, the positions you staff in each, and how many people every spot needs.
Import your roster or hire through your application page. Everyone gets a TM ID.
Crew sign in with their TM ID and birthday to mark availability and see their shifts.
Pick a night, drag people in, and watch it go green. Then scan them in when they land.

Your crew is waiting. Beam them aboard.
